Our standard RL (Rotating Loading) range has a pneumatic lifting platform with a load capacity of up to 500kg for roller cleaning equipment and a robot with a load capacity of up to 100kg for multistage equipment. The lifting platform has three main functions: - Help with loading and unloading the parts to be cleaned - Help cleaning in areas that are difficult to access by producing a slight movement of the fluid that helps eliminate the remains of dirt released. - Prevent the action of the ultrasound from concentrating on one point and thus prevent the marking of the parts to be cleaned when they are made of soft metals such as aluminum or zamak.
