UCM 100 DL - Cleaning Tank

Our UCM 100DL model has been specifically developed for cleaning and stripping parts with low weight and reduced volume. It features a pneumatic lift capable of handling up to 60 kg. In static mode, the tank can support loads of up to 125 kg. The tank includes an oil separation system that removes contaminants from the surface of the main tank and transfers them to an auxiliary tank. This ensures that parts do not come into contact with surface residues when removed from the bath, preventing recontamination. The ultrasonic power is 1000W for a 100-liter capacity, providing a power-to-volume ratio of 10W/l. Combined with the optimized design and geometry of the tank, this makes the UCM 100DL the most efficient machine in its category. The tank is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with the exception of the ultrasonic emitters, which are constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel. It features a simple and intuitive graphical interface that can be remotely controlled and monitored.
