POOL PAINT TECHNICAL DATA SHEET PRODUCT DESCRIPTION It is an acrylic-based water-based, colored, decorative paint. USING AREAS Natural and Ornamental pools In fish ponds In drinking water tanks Used in water channels and Water tanks. ADVANTAGES Insoluble in water. It does not have a harmful effect on health. It has the ability to adhere to the surface and diffusion. Elastic. Resistant to UV rays. It has a reducing feature against algae, fungus and bacteria growth. SURFACE PREPARATION Before starting the application, all kinds of dirt, dust, oil, weak and playful particles on the surface should be cleaned from the residues such as old applications that have been removed from their places, swollen old applications, cement sorbet. Depending on the cleaning required on the surface, tools such as vacuum cleaners, brushes, spatulas can be used. The surface should be primed with Molumer PL302 or leveled to obtain a solid surface. Surface repairs, filling of gaps and pits should be carried out with Repair - Protection Mortar. It should not be applied to wet surface. First layer consumption ~200 gr/m2 Second layer Consumption ~200 gr/m2 APPLICATION It is applied directly on waterproofed cement-doped mesh surfaces. For concrete surfaces, Molumer PL302 primer is used first. After the surface dries, Molumer Pool paint is used. Ceramic, granite, epoxy, polyurethane etc. should not be used in the applications of surfaces. In natural swimming pools where pool chemicals are used, the product may be affected and its color may change. After the surface application is completed, according to the climate and drying time of the product; After 7 to 15 days, water should be filled. The surface must be checked before filling the water. It can be mixed with a low-speed (up to 500 rpm) mechanical mixer in its packaging. Continue stirring until you get a lump-free mixture. Mixing time is ~5 minutes. APPLICATION EQUIPMENTS Used with roller or whitewash brush in the application. The tools and equipment used should be cleaned with water. Molumer Pool Paint can only be mechanically cleaned from the surface after drying and hardening. SAFETY ADVICE The mixture of materials should be carried out with a mask in the open field. Those who practice indoors should ensure air circulation. During the application, work clothes, protective gloves and glasses in accordance with the occupational and occupational health rules should be used.
