PLASTIC PAINT / WATER BASED INTERIOR PAINT TECHNICAL DATA SHEET PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Acrylic is a water-based decorative interior wall paint with copolymer binder. USING AREAS Concrete, brick, drywall, plaster, etc. are used in building elements and interiors. ADVANTAGES  Superior whiteness  Easy to drive and spread well  Breathable  High covering power  Does not crack and spill  Excellent adhesion to all kinds of surfaces SURFACE PREPARATION  Before starting the application, all kinds of dirt, dust, oil, weak and playful particles, shield, old applications that swell, residues such as cement sorbet should be cleaned on the surface.  Depending on the cleaning required on the surface, tools such as vacuum cleaners, brushes, spatulas can be used.  The surface should be primed or leveled so that a solid surface is obtained.  Plaster, putty priming and similar sub-surface treatments of the surface to be painted should be completed in advance.  It should not be applied to wet and damp surface. Surface and ambient temperature ; Minimum +5 °C / Not more than +35°C REFERENCE STANDARDS Rate No: 10.300.1001 APPLICATION CONDITIONS  Mix well before use, apply with a brush or roller. Depending on the application surface, it can be thinned with 5-10% water.  If the surface to be applied is a loose and weak ground, the Molumer Binder Primer should be thinned by 1/7 and the surface should be thoroughly saturated. After at least 6 hours, paint should be applied.  For surface applications, it is recommended to apply Molumer Universal Interior-Exterior Lining before painting. CONSUMPTION According to the colors, losses such as spillage and gap, and the characteristics of the application surface, 1lt paint 5-7 m2, 1 kg of paint with 3-5 m2 of paint. (For 28±5mic on one floor) APPLICATION  It can be mixed with a low-speed (up to 500 rpm) mechanical mixer in its packaging.  Mixing time is ~2 minutes. EXPENDITURE Depending on the application surface, colors, losses such as spillage and voids, 1lt paint covers 5-7 m2, 1 kg paint 3-5 m2 area. (For single layer 28 ± 5mic) APPLICATION EQUIPMENTS  Roller or whitewash brush is used in the application.  The tools and equipment used should be cleaned with water. Molumer Water Based Interior Wall Paint can only be mechanically cleaned from the surface after drying and hardening. SAFETY ADVICE During the application, work clothes, protective gloves, masks and goggles in accordance with the occupational and occupational health rules should be used. In case of splashing on the eyes and skin, immediately wash it off with clean water. In case of ingestion, a doctor should be consulted immediately. It should be stored out of the reach of children. FIRST AID MEASURES Symptoms and Effects: In the event of any suspicious condition or symptoms, medical attention should be sought. Do not give anything by mouth. In case of inhalation: Remove person to fresh air, keep warm and rest. If the risk of loss of consciousness arises, its position should be maintained and medical assistance should be sought. Eye Contact: Wash immediately with clean water for 5-10 minutes. Seek medical attention by keeping the eyelids open. In case of contact with skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with water and soap or clean with suitable skin cleansers. Do not use solvent thinner and solvent. If swallowed: Seek medical attention immediately if swallowed. Do not induce vomiting.
