The school desk is designed to provide more comfortable seating for the student. Thanks to the 1.5 mm profile thickness, no deformation occurs. Optionally, a 1.5 mm thick modesty panel can be added to the front of the desk. A custom logo can also be applied. On uneven floors, balance can be easily achieved with adjustable feet. Werzalit is a material produced by turning wood chips into fine particles, mixing them with adhesive and chemical agents, and shaping them under high pressure and temperature. The surfaces are then covered with decorative papers. Werzalit products are not manufactured in flat panels like conventional particle boards (commonly known as artificial wood). Instead, they come out of the press as fully finished products. In contrast, other particle boards require a separate surface coating process. Due to certain chemical additives mixed into the material during production, Werzalit is resistant to rot, insects, and mold. As a result, it is not affected by humidity or climate conditions and stands out from other particle boards in terms of quality. Werzalit is slow to ignite and burns slowly. It is resistant to temperatures between –78°C and +92°C, and it is not affected by filament flames at 180°C for short periods. Werzalit is resistant to carbonated beverages, fruit juices, tea, milk, acetic acid, and most chemicals (except some strong acids). It is easy to clean.
