Buyer/Buyer's Mediator signs, stamp the FCO and returns it to Seller's Mediator. (Contracts are issued only after receipt of a Buyer`s countersigned FCO) Seller issues Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to the Buyer for revision and acceptance.
