Inclined Screens

The Heart of the Plant Screens are equipment belonging to the classification stage, which is the final process of the crushing and screening plant. It allows broken materials to be separated according to their size and sent to different stock areas. Therefore, the determinant of performance at all stages of the process is screens. In other words, the higher the screen performance, the more successful the efficiency of the plant, the more successful and the higher its performance. The screening area can be produced in different sizes. The PROSCREEN-I2470 model with the largest screening area of 2.4 meters wide by 7 meters long has a screening area of 16.8 m², while our PROSCREEN - I1240 model screen has a screening area of 4.8 m². Although the sizes of our screens vary, all technical features and quality are at the same level. Bearing and shaft selections are made by subjecting to all necessary calculations with the same techniques and are subjected to post-production testing.
