* Product type: Short-cut pasta only
* Main products: Macaroni, elbow macaroni, penne, shells and similar shapes
* Capacity required: Around 200 kg/hour
* Raw materials: Wheat flour blended with corn flour (maize flour)
* Initial formula target: 30% to 40% corn flour blend
* Final products for retail packaging in 250 g and 500 g bags
