UAB LISIPLAST implements the project UAB LISIPLAST investments in the implementation of digital technologies, No. NR. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854-02-0060, financed by the European Regional Development Fund (project budget - € 937,100.10, funding - € 328210.04).
The aim of the project is to invest in the digitization and automation of production processes, thus further expanding the company's production
capacity, which will increase employee productivity, help create higher added value, and at the same time productivity.
The project will contribute to solving the following problems: small production capacity, inefficient production and order fulfillment process (no production planning, monitoring tools, order management system (slow order processing processes, no planning and control tools, etc.)), inefficient raw material management process ( there is no warehouse management system, which does not provide timely information on stock balances, unclear stock locations, etc.).
