Conceived in 1975 for turbine services Turbo Engineers (TE) has under taken over last 30 years numerous turnkey erection, overhauling, retrofitting and upgrading of steam turbines, turbo generator, turbo compressors, turbo blowers, turbo feed pump sets etc through out India and overseas.
TE has grown and diversified into spare supply including reengineering & manufacture of component,
turbine blades & spares and completed all type of works including re blading and balancing of rotor nozzle block, diaphragms, labyrinth packing, etc of many make of turbine and buying and selling of used / refurbished machines and sale of new machines.
TE also undertake maintenance and overhauling of turbine auxiliaries including condenser re tubing etc on turnkey basis on schedule. We have the track of finishing different packaged on record time in India and overseas. To site one, we have completed retubing of 14,000 tubes in one of 140 MW condenser of DVC within 33 days

1) SAIL, Burnpur, India: Turnkey contract for Retrofitting, upgrading of turbo blower 5MW and auxiliaries including re blading, balancing, re commissioning full load.
2) Overhauling of Krupp TG Set 4.2 MW which requires re engineering of spares and different components on turnkey basis and dynamic balancing and commissioning.
3) Khaitan Sugar Mills: overhauling and supply of all components and spares requiring Re engineering of spares including blade manufacturing, balancing and commissioning.
TE gained international status by obtaining prestigious maintenance & overhauling contracts from overseas including Nepal, Bangladesh & Malaysia. TE has successfully executed a turnkey overhauling and commissioning of two turbo generators in the Kingdom of Nepal along with auxiliaries. TE has completed a turnkey overhauling and commissioning of TG set including supply of spares.
TE is well known in buying and selling of new and used/refurbished STG of sizes- 1 to 125 MW internationally covering many countries of Asia, Europe and Africa, Recently we are diversifying the same in the field of gas turbine also including supply of GT spare of all international make.
TE also want to diversify in hydel power field covering erection and maintenance of hydel turbines on turnkey basis.
TE has the expertise to undertake turnkey power projects including supply, erection, test & commission in the field of small and medium size Power Generation,
TE has in house testing wing which is manned by qualified, trained and well experienced engineers and equipped with all requisite testing equipment/instruments for testing. The engineers are trained at the works of the leading manufacturers of turbines sets. TE has well organized design facility including computer aided micro-station re engineering facilities. TE has well equipped workshop with all latest machinery required for most of the refurbishment work. We have very close link with associated companies having special facilities for higher size machines and can organize vibration analysis balancing after retrofitting etc.
