Caldag, located in Turgutlu town of Manisa city, is the largest nickel reserve in Turkey with a JORC proven reserve of 29.7 million tonnes.
With its already completed infrastructure and ready to go project, Caldag Nikel investment will add a significant direct value in Turkish economy. Caldag project will be one of the first nickel mines and the first nickel metal producer in Turkey. Since the
year 2004, approximately 140 million USD has been spent including the R&D studies and Caldag project has now been brought into construction phase. When up and running, the project will provide direct employment to over 500 people.
