NETFOS CLD 2525 is a liquid, acidic chemical suitable for spray and dipping applications, designed to form a protective iron phosphate layer on iron-steel, aluminum and galvanized materials at low temperature. This layer provides a solid basis for wet and powder coating. There is no need for a passivation process with this product. The product can be used in the form of spraying without degreasing chemical in front of it. It is recommended that the solution in the bath to be agitated during the immersion process. If there is excessive oil on the surface of the material to be cleaned, it is recommended to remove the oil on the surface with at least NETFOS P 108 G before the cold phosphate bath or add the NETMIX CLD 1225 degreaser additive into the phosphate bath. We can state that the most important advantage over conventional phosphates is that the product is used at lower temperatures and that sludge is much less.
