Cassia Vera Cinnamon is native to Indonesia – where the famous Mt. Korintji is located. It is from the slopes of Mount Korintji that the world famous Korintji Cinnamon is grown. This reddish brown bark is peeled away from the tree trunk, formed into quills which are then dried and cut to size / into strips or ground into powder.
