Uniform fabric

I recently got a contract to supply the Namibian Police with fabric to make their uniforms for the next 3 years.
The estimated order per year is 200.000meters.
I am looking for reputable companies to work with on this order.
The composition of the fabric is ISO 1833: 50% cotton and 50% pes P/D.
