Looking for Custom clearance - Russia

1. We have company-consignee in Turkey who already paid for the goods
2. As I know in Turkey the same as in Russia - consignee pays VAT & TAX to government. I need just to check how many they need to pay.
3. So we need just to calculate them this amount & amount for import
