Canada wholesaler sources Maple Syrup Line

This consultation concerns the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a complete thermal processing and conditioning line for 100% pure maple syrup.

The line must be adapted to a viscous product at 66 °Brix, to a Hot Fill process between 85 and 90 °C, and to a nominal capacity of 350 L/h in phase 1, with possible scalability to 800 L/h.
