YEKTAT Bakliyat has been established in 2007 in Mersin as equipped with the latest modern technological equipments in order to practice production in conformity with Turkish Food codex and in compliance with ISO 22000 Standards. YEKTAT Bakliyat is managed and directed by Mr.Nurettin ASLAN, Chairman of Board of Directors.YEKTAT Bakliyat is set up as a modern plant on 12.000 m2 open area and 6.000
m2 covered area in Mersin with a production capacity of 500.000 tons/year, in compliance with the EU standards with fully automated packing system.Products are selected from their specific growing areas in conformity with the soil they are grown. Due check is made to the product from the aspects of (cooking and delectation),due care is paid to have products with homogeneous calibration and free from foreign materials packed in modern facilities under strict hygiene conditions. Keeping customer satisfaction in the first place, YEKTAT Bakliyat, making no concession from product quality, is continuously renewing itself and aiming at being a long lasting brand name on the market.
