Combustion of EPS in the panel core does not pose a toxicity problem.The CSIRO Division of Building Research states that for foamed polystyrene
the potential toxic hazard appears to be no greater than that for wood.
INSTALLATION
PENNY PANEL® are erected using light gauge steel framing at wall base and head. A variety of installation options are available incorporating channel, angle or totally concealed framing systems. PENNY PANEL® slip together using a tongue and groove jointing system and may be flush set or butt jointed according to project requirements.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
It has no toxic potential performance and characteristics:
PENNY PANEL® is suitable for the application of a wide variety of surface finishes, including paints and aggregates.
The fibre cement facings are immune to permanent water damage making PENNY PANEL® suitable for use in wet area applications.
