BUPİLİÇ Entegre Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (BUPİLİÇ) has been established in 2003 as a result of the cooperation of KARAHALLILAR and KULA groups, which are among prevalent groups of Balıkesir. BUPİLİÇ aims to liven up the white meat sector by introducing creativity, quality, service and natural tastes.
As a result of the investment process of ten months, costing approximately 6 million
US Dollars, Bupiliç has commenced operations in April 2004, in production facilities that conform to European Union criteria.
We have about 200 contracting breeder henhouses. Our breeder henhouses are predominantly in Balıkesir, Bursa, and Çanakkale regions. Our 60 ton/hour capacity feed factory has commenced operations in 2009 supplies feed to the henhouses at these regions. Our slaughterhouse capacity 6,000 units per hour. In addition; we have a 5,000 unit/hour capacity chopping line, 50 unit/minute capacity boneless haunch line are our primary machinery in Chopping-Packaging department.
Aiming at a widespread distribution network, we have established Regional Offices in Balıkesir and Bursa in 2004, Istanbul European Side Regional Office in 2008, Istanbul Anatolian Side Regional Office in 2010. Distribution outside these regional offices are conducted by our dealerships.
Bupiliç is very mindful of Quality Management System and Food Safety, and has started studies in December 2004, which were successfully completed in July 2005. Our continuously updated Quality Management Process; Live Production, Chicken Meat Production, Feed Factory have Türkak and foreign accredited BRC, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certificates.
We have Food, Feed, Treatment laboratories, and the system is routinely controlled. In addition, our Food laboratory has FAPAS Qualification certificate.
