Area, just 45 km to Istanbul, in the heartland of Turkish industry, produces high quality polyurethane foamed insulation panels that is extensively demanded by the Turkish industrialist and construction sectors.
NUHPANEL has earned a deserved reputation for emphasising relentlessly on quality of production and service since 1971, the year of the foundation of the company. As an evidence of their dedication to this mission the founders visited 25 panel production factories spread to Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Finland, and Denmark and had meetings with 11 leading machine park producers prior to taking their final investment decision.
NUHPANEL succeed in starting the production of high technology insulation panels in 2.5 years. The project plan has been realised as, one year of research, one year of machine production and commissioning and start up, and another six months of accomplishment of production.
The goal is the achievement of a production process where the highest technology intersects with the "right description, right production and right application". With this goal in mind the production is being carried out by using the state of the art continuous productions line technology with a capacity of 5 million m2 per year, meeting the international standards under the control of experienced and specialised team.
