EZGI GIDA, which has gone into operation in Ankara in 1993, succeeded in becoming a leader in the sector, by broadening its production capacity and selling network each year. In spite of its short history, the main reasons of showing very high performance are; hygiene, quality and cost factors to be emphasized particularly.
All of the directors and partners of EZGI GIDA are
university graduates. One of the partners is a doctor of medicine, who was graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. The other partner, who has his education in Germany, has 3 different University degrees.
