We are looking for a reliable CNC machining factory in Turkey for a pilot production batch.
Project Details:
· Parts: 19 different part numbers, total 485 pieces.
· Materials: Aluminum (2024 series / D16T), Alloy Steel (AISI 4140 / 35HGSA), Engineering Plastic (PA6-GF30).
· Key Requirements:
· High Precision: Critical dimensions require ±0.02 mm tolerance.
· Surface Treatments: Color Anodizing (Red, Black, Clear), Black Oxide, Zinc Plating.
· Plastic parts must be CNC machined from solid stock.
· We Provide: Complete technical package (3D STEP models, 2D PDF drawings, detailed BOM with quantities).
