Deflas has been producing and exporting bay leaves since 2007. We provide customers with quality service of bay leaves, spices and herbs originated in Turkey. Turkey supplies the 90 % of the world’s bay leave demand in the market. In a 2500 square meter field in Adapazarı – Sakarya, which is
located in northwest of Turkey, we grow bay leave trees and produce approximately 600-800 ton per year. The process is simple and carried out without human touch.
We harvest raw bay leaves from mountains and leave them to dry naturally. After classification and packaging, the product gets ready to be delivered. The only thing you are expected to do is to order and own nature’s gift to you. We periodically analyze our products. We have ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System Certificate and ISO 9001: 2008
