The department is equipped with the modern machinery, which allows the processes of receiving, butchering, salting, hot or cold smoking of fish as well as subsequent storage of finished products.
In a smoking process, our company is using natural, ecologically pure, specially prepared sawdust from hard and fruit tree species (alder wood,
cherry wood and walnut hardwood).
The department is staffed with modern equipment of the leading manufacturers. A special line in order to remove intramuscular bones is installed in the workshop, as well as a vacuum — packing machine and skinning machine. Products are manufactured based on customer needs.
We ensure stringent quality control of fish production in all its phases, so our products are not only of high quality but also meet all sanitary-epidemiological norms.
