The foundation of Istranca Farm backs to 70’s. In this period one of the Peasant Cooperatives in Turkey where people came and sold their dairy products was in Kırklareli and this foundation leaded tasty dairy products the way of tradition in Trakya Region.
The natural life at Istranca Mountains with its biological diversity is also the source of flavor of Istranca Farm
products. Milk produced by cow and sheep feeding with thyme of Istranca Mountains is processed to make cheese, yoghurt and butter and this presents unique flavor for customers.
Incorporated to Karalar Company Union in 2008 the Istranca Farm has got 50 ton daily milk processing capacity with full automatic machines on 100.000 m2 area of which 2.000 m2 is closed. Signing material and training contract with Johnson Diversey one of the leading companies of the sector about hygiene products Istranca Farm has always been under development within service training, awareness raising works of producers at points of purchase about hygiene and standard development. These works enhancing conscious production day by day means quality products having protected high feeding value for customers.
Using no additives the products which have natural taste as homemade products Istranca Farm produces with HACCP ISO 22000 Quality Certificate. The 100% natural production system at yoghurt yeasting rooms with climate and automation control is used by the first time at Istranca Farm.
