The first natural honey sales started in 1954 in southwest of Turkey by Mr. Haci Ahmet Manav in the history of Buram Bal. In that year the enterprise focused on selling natural comb, honeydew and flower honey. The new factory built by new generation of Manav family and the modernization period coincided. Buram Bal started producing high capacity 100% natural honey to meet domestic and foreign
demands with its new enterprise construction and modern factory. Today the company continues with “TUV NORD” certificated “International Standard Organization (ISO) 22000:2005” Food Safety Management System Standard.
Buram Bal exports its almost 95% of its production to mainly Europe countries and America, Canada and Arab Countries.
Because of the competing demand of global market Buram Bal built a new filling and packaging facility in Berlin, Germany in 2005 to give a better service to its customers in Europe. The company gives service to the all customers from the production facility in Berlin.
In the product range of Buram Bal there are Jam, Tahina, Halva, Molasses and Honey Dryfruite apart from Comb Honey.
